Privacy, plainly
We keep the minimum needed to run your reviews: the files you upload, the marks and decisions made on them, sign-in email addresses, and reviewer names typed on a review link. Review activity is kept as a permanent, unchangeable record — that record is the product.
Your material is never reused, never used to train anything, and never shown to anyone outside your review links. Ask and we delete your account’s files and access; the sample project shown publicly is fictional content made for the demonstration.
On our public pages we measure anonymous usage with PostHog — which pages are viewed and which of a few named actions happen (a session watched, an access request sent). It uses no cookies and builds no profile of you; no name, email, or identifier is attached, and nothing is ever sold. A scrambled network address is kept in short-lived technical logs only, to rate-limit abuse.
